John C. Havens is the Staff Lead of IEEE’s Planet Positive 2030 Initiative, where he also architected and directed IEEE’s largest body of work on AI Ethics since 2016.
He is the author of "Heartificial Intelligence: Embracing Our Humanity to Maximize Machines" (2016) and the creator of Togetherland — a workshop designed to “eradicate the epidemic of isolation, one connection at a time.” John will be speaking and leading Togetherland workshops with Sustainable Brands in 2024 in Minneapolis and San Diego.
