Jennifer leads UPS’s global sustainability communications strategy to drive awareness and engagement among internal and external stakeholders.
She produces the company’s annual sustainability report, creates storytelling campaigns and content, and manages a speaker’s bureau for UPS executives. She also serves on UPS’s internal Sustainability Leadership Committee.
Prior to UPS, Jennifer worked at Cone Communications in Boston, advising corporate clients on sustainability strategies and communications. She helped clients develop meaningful programs that address priority issues and drive business value through stakeholder engagement, communications and reporting. Her clients included Johnson & Johnson, EMC, CVS Health, Time Warner Cable, Sodexo, Nestlé Waters North America and Avon, among others.
Jennifer earned her MBA from The George Washington University in Washington, DC and holds a Bachelor’s degree from the University of South Carolina. She began her career in the nonprofit sector, first as an AmeriCorps team leader managing volunteers on service projects, then with KaBOOM!, leading community playground projects across the US.

Richmond, VA, April 30, 2015Purchase supports enterprise's sustainability goals UPS Freight® (NYSE: UPS), one of the nation's largest heavy freight carriers, announced today the addition of 64 liquefied natural gas (LNG) tractors to its fleet. The tractors, which are based in Harrisburg, Pa., join UPS's worldwide fleet of more than 2,500 natural gas vehicles."Even though UPS has used LNG tractors in package operations for more than a decade, it's still a relatively new fuel for trucking," said Willie Rivero, UPS Freight vice president-fleet. UPS helps the NCAA solve the challenge of delivering the Final Four to the fans -- everything from the floor to the seats to the game balls. As teams battle it out in the NCAA Final Four tournament, coaches and fans fight cancer with a different court. The Women's Basketball Coaches Association (WBCA) and the National Association of Basketball Coaches (NABC), together with UPS, created a replica of the NCAA men's and women's Final Four basketball courts. Each coach participating in the NCAA tournament has signed one of the 132 panels that make up the courts. Fans can bid on the panels in an online charity auction benefitting the Kay Yow Cancer Fund and Coaches vs. Cancer. NCAA coaches, fans, and UPS, are committed to more than basketball.
