The open source environment for ANSI Common Lisp.
Some of the SBCL thread and interrupt safety work done by Steel Bank Studio will be informally presented in the 4th European Lisp Workshop in ECOOP 2007 today.
There's a paper and a presentation.
Steel Bank Studio is currently operating at full capacity, and cannot at the moment accept any new customers. We are, however, willing and able to do our best to put you in touch with other SBCL hackers specifically and lisp hackers generally, hoping that they will be able to meet your needs.
Release of Steel Bank Studio as a Slime and SBCL based boxed development platform is postponed indefinitely, but not forever, due to these same time constraints.
While this busy signal can be read in many ways, it is hoped that you take it for what it is: a clear sign of the viability of SBCL and Common Lisp.
